Hello, readers! Well, um .... Something wonky has been going on with my new platform, and apparently, it only loads with highspeed WiFi/Internet. This means 95% of my month (for the last five months) has been spent waiting for my highspeed to renew just to get into my dashboard. I guess that means I'm back here to update you on all things writing.
What have I been up to these last five months, apart from bugging out with my poor internet? Well, I tried the NaNoWriMo thing again. Didn't pan out the way I'd hope, but I got some writing done. Because what I had decided to do was just write a little each day, on multiple projects. Not just a single book. I made it to the mid-point but had a bit going on at home, so I fell behind. Drastically behind.
However, in spite of the usual "November" stuff, I printed a paperback proof of TBBW, formatted five more of my books to paperbacks, and started working on the second book in The Xiphis Saga. (Cover reveal for Book 2 coming soon!) I'm quite proud of myself right now.
On top of this, I have rebranded my romance writing. Its time. While I loved the pen-name and it has done me well these last 6 years, retiring the name will, I hope, help me spark my creativity in romance. I still plan to keep my genres separate.
